I submitted this to customer support and they requested that I post it here;
The layout guidance for the TXU0101 (example shown is for the the DTQ package) in your datasheet (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/txu0101.pdf Figure 11-1, page 25) has the OE pin tied directly to GND with multiple copper traces to multiple vias to the GND plane.
According to the rest of the datasheet, most notably Table 8-1 on page 22, when OE is low the output of this level translator is disabled and goes Hi-Z.
Can you confirm the correct behaviour of this pin?
It seems illogical that the layout example for this part recommends a situation where the user would be better off just not using the part and leaving the trace floating.
