SN54HC08: Eval board and equivalences

Hello, 

Could you confirm the differences in the SN54HC08 and SN74HC08 series devices, and suggest eval boards for either ? 

I'd also like to ask the same question about SN74HC04 and SN74HC04 devices. 

Also, are the SNJx named devie just military rated in ceramic packages, but otherwise the same as the above?
