Albert, I have seen this, but the root question is still open.

It seems that the parts are parametrically the same, but is there any difference in the testing/screening done for the parts since one is a MIL part and the other is commercial?

Hi Aaron,

The SNJ device just means that it has adhered to all the requirements of MIL-PRF-3853. They will be the same functionality wise, SNJ just has slightly higher qualifications for customers who need it.
