What is the maximum frequency for this Open Drain gate and how a pull up value will affect it?
I see AUC series will work above 175MHz but this is an Open drain one, will be the same?

With an open-drain device, the speed of rising edges is limited by the low-pass filter formed by the pull-up resistor and any trace/device capacitances.
In general, you would not use an open-drain output if speed matters. What is the actual problem you're trying to solve?
Trying to solve SI issue with a multi-device SPI bus MISO signal with about 33MHz frequency.
And why did you choose an open-drain buffer?
To combine multiple MISO signals, you need three-state buffers like the SN74AUC1G125. (Their /OE can be controlled with the respective /CS.)
