Hello,
In datasheet (Page 21) layout example talks about 0.8mm pitch
But - in mechanical description section (nFBGA package) - it says 0.65mm pitch
What is right ?
In other PN (SN74AVC32T245) the same nFBGA package
Layout example & mechanical description is the same - 0.8mm pitch
So, nFBGA package can be both 0.65mm & 0.8mm pitch ?
