Under following condition, how much current consumption is when OE is low level?

V_cc=5.0V,
V_in=3.3 V

OE disables only the output, but not the input buffers.

LV1T behaves similar to AHCT, so the typical current will be near zero. Temperature or manufacturing variations might increase it.

Hi Clemens,

Thank you for this information. Ultimately, I'd like to know max current at -40~125C in order to achieve low I_q requirement(uA order). Attached graph shows only 25C data.

Do you think the max current is lower than 1uA?
