TXV0108-Q1: propagation delay

Hi team,

Could you please advise the minimum propagation delay level shifter for my use case below?

I/F : SPI

data rate : 25MHz

I found TXV0108-Q1. Is this the right device? 

Since slave device has large propagation delay variation (10s of ns) , I need level shifters which has least propagation delay.
