Does TI provide a level shifter to compatible with wide input range from 1.2V to 12V, fixed 3.3V push-pull output for logic with ~=640ns low time, ~=6.6us high time?

The TLV1851 would be too slow.

It might be possible to first clamp the voltage to 3.3 V (e.g., TL431) and then use any plain comparator (e.g., TLV9030). I do not know if the load on your source or the timing will work in your application.

My load is a DAQ device with a very high input impedance but +/-5V max input range.

Well, when clamping the input voltage, the source must be able to supply the current through the TL431. This must be at least 400 µA, but depends on the resistor.

Hi Wayne,

As Clemens suggested, you'll have to either clamp or voltage divide your input to within the 3.3V range to operate the comparator as a level shifter. The TLV1872 is a great suggestion if you have access to two separate supplies.
