This is most likely a combination of roughened leadframes and potentially a different material used.

However, we found that the color of DC24+ pin is silver, which is different from the color of 23+ pin I mentioned above, and the color of 23+ pin is yellow. What is the reason
The SOIC and TSSOP packages have multiple assembly sites, so it is indeed possible to get different lead finishes. The "Ordering & quality" table on the product page shows that you might get either NiPdAu or Sn.
