The block diagram of this device looks like it has internal buffers, but I don't see any other references in the datasheet. Does it have buffering capabilities? If not, are there any similar devices that do?

It has buffered I/Os, like almost all other logic devices. Passive switches like the LSF010x or TXS010x are the exception.

Hello Michael,

Similar to what Clemens mentioned, the LVC2T45 has buffered I/O so if you need to redriver your signal then you can use this part.
