    What is a SOI process? I also do not know what ASLNONC10 is referring to here.

    ASLNONC10 is what PCN 20240514001.2 calls the process in the old Freising fab.

    SOI is silicon on insulator. It would be used only for photonics or high-performance processors or RF applications. The SN74LVC32A-Q1 is none of that.
