Hello,

Is there any change in manufacturing of component: SN74AHC00PWR between 2019 and 2024 year ? Component from 2019 work fine, but when I will change it to manuffactured in 2023 device start working bad

Please advise if any changes in specification or something ?

    PCN#20230927000.1 introduced an entirely new die. The guaranteed datasheet limits have not changed, so I'd guess that your circuit relies on some properties beyond these limits.

    Please show the schematic, and oscilloscope traces of the inputs and the wrong outputs.
