The TXS is a passive switch that creates a direct connection between the A and B pins for low-level signals, so this is not possible.

For fixed-direction signals, there are inverting translators like the SN74LXC1T14, SN74LV1T04, or SN74LV6T14.

As Clemens mentioned, the TXS0108E has non-inverting outputs, though the recommended inverted translators mentioned will work for signals that are fixed direction. Please let us know if you have any further questions/ any additional system requirements.
