I dont know. It would be out of spec though and void the warrantee. You can use the SN74LVC2G14 instead and be in spec and have no worries.
Unfortunately yes, the AUP is the conusumes 06.uA max yet the LVC can be 10X greater which would cripple my battery operated design by shortening it is intended life down to 70%. I have measured some LVC that draw <1uA but the max listed in the datasheet leads me to believe it is based on the lot, any thoughts?
