SN74LVC112A: need a smaller solution

I need to implement a digital clock divider (F/2, from a 20-25MHz clock).

I was considering a T-Flip-Flop but has to be as small as possible (unf. the smallest one seems the SN74LVC112A, too big...)

Any recommendation (or other solutions, like configurable ports, etc.)?
