CD4027B: simulation of j k flip flop

Part Number: CD4027B
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD4025B

Tool/software:

As of today I have a generic model for JK flip flop not exactly CD4025B in pspice fro TI. Even the generic JK flip flop do not toggle the output when J and K tied to 12V with clock pulse of 50khz. May I get a better model to make it work. Also I have to remove .pst from lib to simulate otherwise it will not even simulate. Going further want to find problems associated with real world circuits, like if input voltage are more negative during transients or any other latching issues using CD4027B. It would be more useful to have a model for CD4027B with vcc and gnd and works like real IC.
