Hi Youhao, thank you for the files. Just as info. The part height on 3D file was 1.05mm. In the drawing from Package outline -> 0.7mm

Sorry for the confusion, and thank you for the notes. I believe--but I might be wrong--that the datasheet info is accurate. Anyway, I have notified our product engineering team, and they are investigating it. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
