SN74HC74: About setup-time minimum value

The setup time is the time the data needs to be valid before the rising edge of the clock. "Maximum" setup time here means the data can be valid a maximum of 100ns before the rising clock edge. It cannot become valid shorter than 100ns before the edge

We can also say the "minimum" time between the data being valid and the rising clock edge is 100ns. It's just a wording thing.
