Is SN74LV393A 5V tolerant?

Hi all,

 

Is the SN74LV393A 5V tolerant on its inputs when supplied by 3V3? The datasheet states an absolute maximum input level of 7V, so it doesn't seem to be directly related to VCC. However, in most datasheets of e.g. the LVC family this is explicitly mentioned, while it isn't in the SN74LV393A datasheet. So I am looking for a difinite answer.
