I am looking for high speed AND gate with pin compatible to CD4081.

Propagation delay with 4-5 nS.

Please suggest part number.

    Hi Amtech, The SN74AUC08 is a quad AND gate with the propagation delay you want, but it is not pin to pin with the CD4081B. It also is not compatible with 15-V logic.

    The CD4000 family is the only family we have that supports 15 V. Why are you looking for a replacement for the CD4081B? We are still manufacturing and selling this part.
