The maximum storage temperature (Tstg) specification in the datasheet can be used as Tjmax. For all of these devices, this value is 150 C.

Tjmax (maximum junction temperature) will be equal to the maximum storage temperature, Tstg_max (usually 150 C, listed in the Absolute Max Ratings table on each datasheet).
