Hi,

Could you please tell us why tpd@min is too small in the condition that the load capacitance is large ?

Is this a mere typo ?

Would you tell us the reasonable value if it's a typo ?

Hi Kato-san ,
Good point you bring up but the Max limit has been relaxed too compared to the 15pF limits. typical results are guaranteed to be within the min -max limits .

I understood that the min - max limits for the load capacitance of 30pF or 50pF have been relaxed, compared to the 15pF limits.
