Hi,

What level is the quiescnet current of SN74LV4052A?

i can only see the "Is" in datasheet, is it quiescent current?

and it mention under TA 25 degree is +/-0.1uA Max, and SN74LV4502A is +/-1uA Max..

0.1uA or 1uA? Why "+/-"? "+/-" is based on a level or it means current sink/source?

Hi Erik ,

The quiescent current is 20uA(max) for this device . This is the current drawn from the Vcc during normal operation . The one you are referring to is the leakage current when the switch is on / off .

The Icc is always positive and the leakage can be +/- .

How is possibile the quiescent currnet(20uA) is much larger than others current spec in SN74lv4052A?

What's the different between ON/OFF-state switch Leakage current and quiescent current?

Hi Erik ,

The quiescent current is measured at the supply pins with the input levels at Vcc or Gnd . The switch leakage is measured at the IO ports with the given test conditions in the datasheet .
