SN74LVC06A datasheet says it is open drain output ,So what is the value of pull-up i need to give, Please suggest me.

Rule of thumb: 10 kΩ.

If your thumb's tolerances are too loose, see Choosing an Appropriate Pull-up/Pull-down Resistor for Open Drain Outputs (SLVA485).
