For the SN74LVC1G86:

ΨJT = 3.4 ˚C/W

θJC  = 112.5  ˚C/W

To clarify, for "Pd" are you looking for maximum power dissapation capability?

If so, the application note "CMOS Power Consumption and Cpd Calculation" goes into detail about how to calculate power consumption for CMOS devices.
