Hi,

I'm developing with SN74LVCH16T245 right now, to transfer 3.3V from/into 5V in my design, but I found the signals are interfered by the following circuits, so I want to replace it with an isolated one, which has the same characteristics with this one, but plus isolation feature, they are:

3.3V into/from 5V
16 channels
maximum 4.3ns of propagation delay or lless, the less the better
isolated between input and output

please give me some recommendation, thanks a lot!

I don't know if that interference is of the kind that can be avoided with an isolator.

But if you want to use isolators, you have to use multiple chips. And the fastest would be ISO7640FM with 7 ns.

thanks for the reply, I've checked out the entire internet finding none of digital isolators with 16 channels , not to mention tpd less than 5ns, I think I'm giving up this replacement plan.
