There is a great application report on the LSF family of translation devices available.
The short answer to your question is 'yes, the LSF010x can translate a signal at 100MHz' -- however this is too simple, as there are specific conditions under which this is the case.
In order to maximize speed with an LSF device, the higher voltage side trace capacitance must be kept to a minimum (5pF or less is recommended), and the driver's sink current must exceed 10mA (preferably more).
Is it absolutely necessary in your application to use a bidirectional translator? At these speeds, I would usually recommend looking into either a direction controlled or unidirectional solution.
