What is the output state at power-on for the SN74LVC1G373?

I am starting with the initial conditions of D low and LE low.  

I want to guarantee that output Q will be low at start-up, but the datasheet does not say if it will be low, high or in some random state at power-on.

    Hello Christopher,

    We don't guarantee the output state on power-up, it could be either high or low on power up.
    It would be best to have the LE start high to set the output on startup, and then pull the LE pin low until you want to change it again.
