TX517EVM: Z1 (ZENER DIODE) becomes extremely hot after connecting +5V and ground to P2

Part Number: TX517EVM

Dear TI Employees,

We have recently purchased TX517EVM. Following the user manual, we've connected +5v and ground to TX517EVM. The following image is from the user manual. However after powering up, the Z1 (ZENER DIODE) becomes extremely hot. Also, I cannot see any leds on. To avoid any possible damage to the board, I immediately removed the power. I checked with another power supply, however, I'm still getting the same result. The Z1 becomes extremely hot. I would like you to verify that the +5v and ground connections mentioned in the manual are actually correct. I'm starting to think that maybe +5v mentioned in the manual is actually the ground, and the ground mentioned in the manual is actually the +5v.

Please verify this and let us know the result.

Thank you :)
