Currently the only model available for the SN74HC139 is built into TINA-TI, and that model is functional only - it does not realistically represent the capabilities of the SN74HC139.
Is there a specific application that you are trying to design this part into?

I can request a model be created for the SN74HC139, however I do not know how long it would take. I know that the modelling team has a long backlog of devices currently, so having a large business case would help accelerate the process.
