We plan to use SN74AVCH16T245 as Buffer as one of our design

From data sheet mention 1.8V to 3.3V operation as 380 Mbps.

 

Please confirm, SN74AVCH16T245 supports 3.3V to 3.3V conversion operation with Data rate 250 Mbps.

    The data rate is primarily related to the operating voltage and loading. The internal FET Rdson will reduce with increasing Vcc, which will improve the maximum data rate.

    That means that if the device can operate at 380 Mbps in your circuit as a 1.8V to 3.3V level shifter, it will have no problems operating as a 380 Mbps 3.3V buffer.
