SN74ABT574A: About damping resistance

Part Number: SN74ABT574A

Hello Team,

Is there damping resistance in the output of SN74ABT574A?
If there is damping resistance, please tell me about the following.

1)Please tell me the resistance value.
2)Does all of the ABT series have damping resistance?

Best regards,
Kato

  • There is no damping resistor. Advanced BiCMOS Technology Characterization Information (SCBA008) shows this:

And ABT family devices are designed for high drive capability:

The IOH and IOL curves for a typical ABT output are shown in Figure 11. With a specified IOL of 64 mA and IOH of −32 mA, ABT accommodates many standard backplane specifications. However, these devices are capable of driving well beyond these limits.
