We have a customer who is asking the following:
"Need confirmation truth table SN54/74AHCT240 on the data sheet:
data sheet revision 2003
Input 1 Input 2 Output
L H L
L L H
H X Z
data sheet revision 2016
Input 1 Input 2 Output
L H H
L L L
H X Z
Need those data to support our evaluation here".
I looked through the PCN's and old datasheets, am not finding anything to support a logic output change. It appears that the latest datasheet is the only place this logic table output exists.
Could someone please look into this?
