Please confirm SN74AVCH16T245 part has support the data rate @250 Mbps @ 2.5 to 2.5 V operation.

Please Provide your suggestion we are plan to use SN74AVCH16T245 fro RGMII application, if any other buffer suitable for the RGMII.

    Hi Prasath,

    I can confirm that 250 Mbps data rate is supported for SN74AVCH16T245.
    There is SN74LVCH16T245 which can work at 2.5V as well, however, i do not see the data rate supported on the datasheet. I would expect that to work at up to 320Mbps.
