Hi,

Can I use this "TXB0104" for 1.2V to 1.8V SPI lines level translator. With speed upto 16Mbps ?

    The datasheet guarantees 20 Mbps (see tables 6.6 and 6.11), if your drivers are string enough, and the parasitic capacitances of your circuit are small enough.

    SPI signals are unidirectional, so unidirectional or direction-controlled translators would be more robust. Why do you want to use an auto-direction-sensing translator?
