Hi, 

I'd like to know if the SN74AC00 could be a commercial electrical equivalent of the 5962-8754903VDA?

    Hi Rafael,
    It looks like that part number on Digi-Key leads to the SN54AC00-SP, which is a radiation hardened quad 2 input NAND gate.

    The SN74AC00 will have very similar electrical characteristics to the SN54AC00-SP, obviously without any of the radiation hardening. You could also use a device like SN74HC00 or SN74LVC00 depending on your system requirements.
