SN74LS06: If their is new item that can take place SN74LS06 's function?

Hello TI Experts,

I am now using SN74LS06,  I'd like to know if thier is any new product that can replace SN74LS06?

I need 6bits, and max output voltage shoul be 30V~

    Hi Fawn,
    You might try looking into the ULN2003 or the TPL7407. It sounds like you're not really after a logic gate but a low-side driver.

    No, I am looking for buffers and drivers with open-control high-voltage output such as SN74LS06,

    But now SN74LS06 is not easy to buy, so I am looking for a device that can replace the function of it~

    Hi Fawn,
    There's essentially no difference between the SN74LS06 and the ULN2003A -- what specifications are problematic for you?

    The SN74LS06 is an open-collector inverter. The ULN2003A is also an open-collector inverter. The ULN2003A supports up to 50V on the output.

    If you would prefer to switch to a MOSFET based solution, the TPL7407L would be my first choice. It's an open-drain inverter that supports up to 40V on the output.

    If you want to use the SN74LS06, then I would suggest using the SN74LS06. It's still for sale and operates perfectly fine. Why do you want to switch? What specs do you want to improve? Are you redesigning your system?
