If the model is not available on the website, then it is not available.

Because IBIS is for signal integrity only, any AHC device's IBIS model will work. If you need assistance finding one, please let me know.

Hi Lilian,
The "AHC" in the part number is the logic family. If you are unfamiliar with logic part numbers, I would highly recommend watching this short video on the subject: training.ti.com/anatomy-logic-part-number

The SN74AHC74 has identical output characteristics to the SN74AHC595, and it has an ibis model located here: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware
