SN74LVC3G07: Datasheet Function Table (Each Buffer/Driver) seems incorrect

Part Number: SN74LVC3G07

Hello,

I the datasheet there is a Function Table which mentions :

INPUT  OUTPUT
    A    |        Y

===============

    H    |      H    |

    L     |      L     |

But the output should be Open DraIN - MEANING high-z.

PLEASE ADVICE ME ABOUT THIS , IS THE OUTPUT H -higH OR high-z.
