Hi Sir,

May I have your help to suggest me a 3-to-8 line decoder solution can meet below spec?

1. Operated voltage range(Vcc) can support 1.1V~2V.

2. Max propagation delay Tpd below 30ns.

3. Package as small as possible.

    Hi Edward,
    I'm afraid that TI doesn't have any 3:8 decoders that meet these specifications.

    The parametric search tool includes all of our decoders here:

    Can you tell me what this would be used for?  I haven't seen a requirement before for a 1.1V decoder.
