I am trying to design a circuit that receives a pulse on the input, waits 2us, and then generates a pulse on the output.
I wanted to do this with the SN74AHC123A, but we need at least 5% tolerance on the pulse width. It is important the 2us delay is accurate in this application. The length of the output pulse is less sensitive.This part looks to have 10% which only gets worse at smaller widths.
Do we have any similar ICs that can achieve this accuracy? Or perhaps you recommend a different approach?
