Couldn't find ESD rating in Data Sheet.

Dan,
The devices are the same, and will have same ESD results.
I was not able to locate the ESD data immediately, and will need to research further. I will post back with answer soon.

I was able to find the data. This device passes 2K HBM.

This would resolve my issue if I got a datasheet or reliability report that showed the 2KV HBM entry.
