I have question about the max output current of this device.
The abs max is +/-20mA while VOH and VOL are tested at IOL and IOH exceeding +/-20mA like the attached?
How should we understand this?

Even if the absolute maximum current is +/-50mA, this test conditions of IOH, IOL(+/-75mA) are exceeding the absolute maximum rating.
How should we understand this?
And looking at the note, there is a below description. Does this mean we can increase the IOH/IOL to 120mA if the duration is much shorter than 2ms?
" Not more than one output should be tested at a time, and the duration of the test should not exceed 2 ms."
