CD4098B: CD4098BM96 Do TI have a clear datasheet?

Hi Sir,

We use CD4098BM96, and need a clear datasheet to calculate our data.

below picture is shot in datasheet released at TI.COM;

Do you have a clear Chart? or Do you have some equation that how to calculate the pulse width v.s. resistance and capacitance and other relation?

    I'm afraid that the only datasheet for this device is the one that you are looking at. It's a very old part that was acquired by TI from Harris Semiconductor.

    The pulse width vs resistance calculation is provided on the first page of the datasheet:

    For monostable multivibrators, we always recommend prototyping with your selected component values to be certain that you will get the pulse width that you desire. Due to non-linearity in the device and dependence on external components for timing, this is the best approach.
