What ESD rating of SN74128D?
Although we checked datasheet,we could not find any information.

    Yes, this is a very old part that doesn't seem to have any ESD qual data. I will let you know by end of day if it is possible for me to request the ESD ratings for this part for you.

    Hello,

    So I found ESD data on the SN74121N which is as follows:

    2kV HBM and 200V MM

    This should be similar for the SN74128 as they are both from the same family.

    If you are creating a new design, I would recommend using a newer part. If you can provide me with more information of your application (drive current, voltages) I can recommend something for you.
