Hi Hiroshi,

TJ max for this device is 150 C.

I submitted a request to get the Theta jc value. It will take 1 to 2 weeks and I will post the value on here when its completed. I will mark this post resolved until then so the request isn't duplicated

Hi Hiroshi,

The thermal team didn't have a long queue this week so they were able to provide the data by today.

The Theta JC for this device is 45.6 C/W.
