SN54LS06: Spice Model

Hello Chin,

Typically we do not have spice models for logic products.  Instead we have IBIS models which are more useful for simple digital products.

For any product, you can usually find the available models in the Design & development tab of the product page on ti.com.  However, I notice in this case the model isn't linked the SN54LS06 product folder.

You can use the IBIS model for the SN74LS06.  The parts are the same, but 74 indicates that it is a commercial grade product and 54 indicates a military grade product.  Note that this is a standard across the industry.
