(1) What is the case temperature limit?

(2) What is the junction temperature limit?

(3) What is the junction-to case thermal resistance?

Hi Renan,

The maximum junction limit, TJMAX, is the same as the Tstg listed in the datasheet, for our parts. This is 150C.

I notice the datasheet doesn't have the thermals. I will submit a thermals request. You can use the following appnote to decipher and calculate the thermal values you need.

Typically thermals come back in 2-3 weeks.
