SN74AUC1G08: fast switch AND gate

Hi there,

I'm looking for a high bandwidth AND gate which can generate 1ns width pulse. I saw the tpd=tplh=tphl is 2ns for SN74AUC1G08 with CL=15pF. Do we have any device which is faster?

Hi Jerry,

AUC is the fastest family in our product portfolio. It can go up to min 250Mhz freq and could go higher with lower cap loading. however, 500Mhz would seem difficult and unlikely.
