Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN54LS08-SP
Hello,
I am trying to determine which part numbers I want to order. I pulled the specific part numbers from the packing information section of the datasheet. I've listed a few part numbers below and have a few general questions about them.
Are these still orderable part numbers and what are the differences between them?
Is there radiation information(Total Dose and Single Event) available for these parts(or for the logic parts with an -SP stuffix in general)?
Are there engineering versions of these parts available in the same package?
1) SN54LS32-SP
I'm looking for this in the FK package variant(LCCC-20), and looking at the datasheet I see a bunch of different part numbers and don't really see any difference between them noted other than operating temperature.

Similar story here, looking for the FK Package Variant(LCCC-20) and see a few different part numbers for this package.
